By downloading, installing, or using ChristianOS (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of ChristianOS. Please read them carefully before completing onboarding or starting a subscription.
ChristianOS is an independent iOS application operated as a personal productivity and spiritual discipline tool for Christian men. We are not affiliated with any church, denomination, theological institution, or religious organisation.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ChristianOS. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
ChristianOS creates an anonymous account for you when you complete onboarding. You do not need an email address or password to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Since your account is anonymous and device-linked, we cannot recover your data if you lose access to your device or uninstall the App without backing up your data through your device’s native backup system.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ChristianOS requires an active subscription to access all features. We offer two plans:
There is no free tier and no free trial. Access to ChristianOS features requires payment.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your subscription is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
We never see or store your payment card details. All billing disputes should be directed to Apple.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone’s Settings app under Subscriptions or through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the App until that period ends. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at your next renewal date. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
ChristianOS provides a daily discipline system including AI-generated prayer prompts, curated scripture content, kingdom work tasks, covenant tracking, streak tracking, weekly reflections, and a personal journal.
Prayer prompts, fallback prayers, and kingdom work tasks are generated by Google’s Gemini API based on information you provide during onboarding. This content is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a human before being shown to you.
AI-generated content is intended to support your personal prayer and discipline practice. It is not pastoral counselling, spiritual direction, theological instruction, or professional advice of any kind. We make no warranty that AI-generated prayers or tasks are theologically accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.
Scripture verses displayed in the App are from the English Standard Version (ESV) of the Bible. Scripture content is selected to support a 90-day spiritual growth arc and is not intended as a complete or comprehensive Bible reading program.
ChristianOS is a productivity and habit-tracking application. It does not provide:

By using ChristianOS, you agree to:
ChristianOS, including its design, code, features, branding, and all content created by us, is owned by the operator of ChristianOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
Content you create within the App — including journal entries, reflection responses, and covenant notes — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features to you.
We do not claim ownership of your personal entries or use them for any purpose other than operating the App.

ChristianOS uses third-party services including Google Gemini API, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Apple’s in-app purchase system. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms:
We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.
ChristianOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We make no guarantee regarding spiritual growth, behavioural change, or any other personal outcome resulting from use of the App. ChristianOS provides structure and tools. Results depend entirely on your own commitment and effort.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or content that does not reflect sound biblical theology. You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated prayer prompts and tasks against your own faith tradition and personal judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChristianOS and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChristianOS and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ChristianOS at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may stop using the App at any time. Cancelling your subscription through the App Store ends your access at the close of your current billing period.
If you delete your account through Settings → Delete Account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers immediately. This action cannot be reversed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document and notify you through the App on your next session. Your continued use of ChristianOS after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
We encourage you to contact us before pursuing any formal dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
